Even though it’s high summer we are planning events for fall. Please join us to be part of those efforts, get updates on local food happenings in the region and connect with others working to make locally grown food more available in Northern Michigan.

For five years, the Local Food Alliance has been working in partnership with North Central Michigan College reaching out to individuals to enrich the culture of local food and farming in the Northern Michigan Farms Foodshed. We will be continuing this work as a stand-alone organization and thank North Central Michigan College for their support and cooperation over the past years.
