What’s the right size?
Our pasture-raised, heritage breed pork comes to you frozen and vacuum-sealed. At the beginning of each season, we send out a form inviting you to tell us your pork share preferences, so we can make sure to send you home with only what you want. Pork pick ups coincide with veggie and egg pick ups. There are 5 monthly deliveries in all. The season runs from June through October. Pasture-raised and non-GMO.
Large pork
12 lbs per month

This could look like a roast, a pound of brats, a package of ribs, a couple pounds of pork chops, a pound of plain ground pork, a pound of breakfast sausage, a pound of chorizo, and a pound or two of bacon. Please keep in mind this is just an example. You always get to choose what you want.
Medium pork

Small Pork

This share type typically includes smaller cuts of pork, like bulk sausage and pork chops. Pictured are Italian sausage, chorizo, pork chops, and plain ground pork. Small pork shares get bacon only every other month. The picture is just an example. You always get to choose what you want.
