TATSOI - with kimchi and rice noodles in soup
CAULIFLOWER - in risotto with sage
POTATOES - oven roasted with caramelized onions and mustard seeds
ROMANESCA - roast + toss with penne and cream
COLLARDS - Southern style with a ham hock
CARROTS - salad with mint, chick peas + feta
PEPPERS - roasted in hummous
TOMATOES - one last BLT
GREEN ONIONS - in the kimchi soup + oven potatoes
LETTUCE - on that last BLT
GARLIC - in the potatoes + soup
