TOMATOES - sliced with thyme + vin

MELON - agua fresca

SWEET CORN - we eat it raw

DILL - saute with zucchini

BELL PEPPERS - grill ‘em

LETTUCE - Brazilian lettuce crepes

CARROTS - make quick pickles

CABBAGE - curtido with oregano

CILANTRO - zhoug + eggs

ZUCCHINI - sauteed with ginger + dill

BEETS - roast + serve cold with rosemary
