LARGE SHARE (ABOVE)

KALE - baked at 275 as kale chips

BROCCOLI - with fusilli and parm

CHARD - blanched, then chopped into baked eggs

BENI SHIGURE DAIKON RADISHES (1 1/2 lbs) - shredded then tossed with EVOO + red wine vinegar

POTATOES (5 lbs) - under a pork roast in the crock pot

BABY LETTUCE (one pound) - tossed with pickled beets + Feta

BEETS (a quart)- in the lettuce salad

PARSLEY - with potatoes + roast

RED KURI SQUASH - cut into moons and roasted (you don't have to peel it)

ARUGULA - tossed with pickled ginger carrots
