EGGPLANT - with cashews + chicken

POTATOES - with loads of herbs + Parm

TATSOI - beefing up a chicken salad wrap

CARROTS - roasted with honey + thyme

PEPPERS - stuffed with black beans + polenta

TOMATOES - tomato soup with oregano

SWEET ONIONS - with mushrooms + cream

SALAD MIX - with croutons + sesame oil

CAULIFLOWER - blanch then puree + bake for "tater" tots

RADISHES - in potato salad

GARLIC - baked in mushrooms
