Summer Vegetable Shares: Week 5

Large Shares

CARROTS - washed + chilled for snacking at the desk or in the car - no peeling!

GREEN ONIONS - sliced for taco salad

ZUCCHINI - sautéed with coconut oil for dinner side dish

CUCUMBERS - another raw snack

BROCCOLI - roasted with olive oil, salt and pepper

LETTUCE - taco salad mix for a quick hot weather dinner 

SPICY BABY SALAD - taco salad

CHARD - slice into ribbons with kale + sauté as a side

BEETS - sliced and roasted for lunch salads

BABY GREEN CABBAGE - roasted with olive oil, salt + pepper
