Summer Vegetable Shares: Week 20

LETTUCE - with miso dressing + avocado

BRUSSELS SPROUTS - shredded salad with hazelnuts + apples

SWEET ONIONS - cup of sugar, stick of butter + onions = onion jam

POTATOES - baked with sea salt, stuffed with kale

TOMATOES - topping a frittata like pepperoni slices

CARROTS - buckwheat millet carrot muffins

RUTABAGAS - rutabaga "fries"

BEETS - roast + puree in hummous

KALE - soup with white beans + sausage

NAPA CABBAGE - shredded salad with toasted peanuts + purple basil
