BRUSSELS SPROUTS - shaved salad with aioli + red onion

KALE - slow simmer + serve with poached egg

COLLARDS - instead of nori in sushi

SALAD GREENS - with tart apples + julienned carrots

WINTER SQUASH - slice in moons + roast - no peeling

BABY RED ONIONS - peel roast + glaze with balsamic
