GREEN ONIONS - chopped in the green tart

NAPA CABBAGE - stir fry with sliced pork chops, rice noodles + ginger

ARUGULA - warm salad under poached eggs

RADISHES - in the green + red salad

SPRING GARLIC - minced into the green tart

+ 2 HERB CHOICES
