PAPA CACHO FINGERLING POTATOES - diced into chicken soup

POTATOES 2 - tucked under a pork roast

POTATOES 3 - steamed and drizzled with butter + herbs

RAINBOW CARROTS - shredded with beets + ginger

ORANGE CARROTS - carrot veggie burgers

PURPLE CARROTS - kid tapas

RED BEETS - salad with arugula + oranges

GOLD BEETS - roasted with rosemary + garlic

SHALLOTS - puree with red wine

RED ONIONS - roasted with potatoes

YELLOW ONIONS - stuffed with mushrooms + baked

PURPLE DAIKON - purple spicy noodles

SPANISH BLACK RADISHES - slice and saute with butter

RUTABAGAS - bashed 'neeps

CELERIAC - remoulade

SALAD TURNIPS - with poppyseed dressing

GARLIC - roasted with mashed potatoes

RED CABBAGE - with potato hash
