1.5 POUNDS GREEN DAIKON RADISHES - shred + toss with sesame oil + rice vinegar, next to pulled pork

5 LBS GERMAN BUTTERBALL POTATOES - Tuscan soup with kale + sausages

2 BUNCHES BABY CARROTS - pan-roasted with miso glaze

2 STALKS BRUSSELS SPROUTS - sliced + mussed up in a raw salad with maple + chile sauce

2 BUNCHES KALE - in the Tuscan soup with potatoes + sausages

GREEN ONIONS - sauteed on top of the squash soup

2 LEEKS - sauteed in the Tuscan soup

2 DELICATA SQUASH - roasted rings (no peeling!) next to pork chops

RED KURI SQUASH - pureed squash soup with fried sage + scallion topping (no peeling these either) 

CABBAGE - stuffed with pork + scallions + bulghur

CHARD - blanched in lemon ricotta pasta

QUART OF BEETS - beet-oat-feta-egg veggie burgers 

BROCCOLI - broccoli soup with chicken stock lemon + Parm
